In this 2024 we celebrate a decade since Anakena - Natural Cosmetics was born on the golden sands of the beautiful beach of Rapa Nui. Our mission has been to create beauty products that honor the rich cultural heritage of Easter Island while offering cutting-edge personal care solutions.
We were inspired by the iconic Anakena beach, cradle of the Rapa Nui civilization. Each product we develop fuses natural Polynesian ingredients with modern cosmetic science, capturing the essence of this sacred land. Although we manufacture in Tahiti and Santiago, Chile, respecting the delicate ecosystem of the island, each formula encapsulates the spirit of Rapa Nui.
Anakena not only offers skin care, but also provides an experience that connects those who use them with the magic of this Polynesian paradise. We honor the traditions and ancestral knowledge of the Rapa Nui people by creating, with each product, a bridge between the past and the present.
At this very special time for us, we are pleased to announce that from July 23-25 we will be visiting the trade show Cosmoprof in Las Vegas, thanks to a call for proposals from ProChile. This will be a unique opportunity to share the beauty and wisdom of Rapa Nui with the rest of the world, and we look forward to connecting with industry professionals and sustainable beauty enthusiasts.
