Anakena's story began on the iconic Easter Island, where I, Petra<\/span><\/a>its founder and owner, I have lived there for almost 20 years.<\/p>\n

12 years ago, I started my journey in natural cosmetics by creating handmade soaps with flowers and herbs from my own garden. This project, which started as a personal passion, soon turned into a fascinating adventure that led me to produce a variety of cosmetic products. In my small naturist store, \"Rapa Nui Natural Products<\/span><\/a>\"I offered almost all the natural cosmetic products that can be handmade, with the exception of toothpaste and deodorants.<\/p>\n

Over time, Anakena evolved, and the handmade products gave way to a line of natural cosmetics produced on a larger scale, developed in collaboration with the renowned Bellcos Laboratory in Santiago, Chile.<\/p>\n

Two years ago, we took a significant step by expanding into Europe, where we now produce Anakena cosmetics in Germany and France. This road has not been easy, but we continue working with the vision that Anakena will conquer new markets and continue to bring the essence of Rapa Nui to the world.<\/p>\n

In the photos you can see some of the products that marked our artisanal beginnings on Rapa Nui: a lip gloss, a solid perfume and a calendula soap with milk. These creations, carefully crafted by hand, represent not only the unique spirit of Easter Island, but also the commitment we have had from the beginning to quality and naturalness.
