Mata Otiho Boutique is a young, authentic and full of identity space in the heart of Hanga Roa. Located in the Iorana Gallery, on the first floor, as the second store on the left, this boutique brings together products that reflect the essence of Rapa Nui, its flavors, its creativity and the work of its people.
The project began in August 2024, when Mata Tucki Paoa decided to take the first step with something very much her own: exquisite honeys of her own production and some handicrafts made with dedication and affection. Over time, that small beginning grew to become a store that today integrates different proposals of the island, offering a careful and close selection.
Behind Mata Otiho Boutique is a young mother of two, beekeeper and entrepreneur from Rapa Nui, who has been able to develop a family project with vision, perseverance and commitment. Her store stands out not only for the sale of honey in different formats, but also for including pareos and products from various enterprises of the island, thus creating a space where the local products are presented with pride and with a clear commercial vision.
